1. About SinamFor Events

SinamFor Events is a marketplace platform operated by SinamFor, that enables users to:

• Create and host events
• Sell and purchase tickets
• Connect their own payment accounts
• Use AI‑powered tools
• Communicate via audio/video calls

SinamFor is not the organizer, producer, or seller of user‑created events.
Organizers are the merchant of record for all ticket sales.

2. Eligibility

To use SinamFor Events, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws

Organizers creating paid events must be legally authorized to sell tickets in their jurisdiction.

3. User Accounts

A. Account Creation

You may create an account using:

• Email and password
• Google Sign‑In

Additional login methods may be added in the future.

B. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

C. User Roles

We currently support:

• Normal Users (attendees and organizers)
• Admins (platform management and moderation)

Additional roles may be introduced in the future.

4. Marketplace Structure

SinamFor Events operates as a marketplace facilitator, not a seller.

A. Organizers Are the Merchant of Record

This means:

• Organizers set event details and pricing
• Organizers receive ticket revenue directly
• Organizers are responsible for refunds, cancellations, and disputes
• Organizers are responsible for taxes, compliance, and legal obligations

B. SinamFor's Role

SinamFor:

• Provides the platform and tools
• Facilitates payment routing
• Deducts platform fees automatically
• Does not hold attendee funds
• Does not issue refunds on behalf of organizers
• Is not a party to the transaction between organizer and attendee

5. Payments & Platform Fees

A. Connected Payment Accounts

For paid tickets, organizers must connect a payment account with a third‑party payment processor to receive ticket revenue.
SinamFor does not store or process payment card details.

B. Automatic Platform Fee Deduction

When a paid ticket is purchased:

• The attendee pays through the organizer's connected payment account
• SinamFor automatically deducts its platform fee
• The organizer receives the remaining amount

C. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers agree to:

• Provide accurate payout information
• Comply with payment provider terms
• Pay all applicable taxes
• Handle refunds and disputes
• Maintain sufficient funds for chargebacks

D. SinamFor Fees

Platform fees are:

• Disclosed during event creation
• Automatically deducted
• Non‑refundable, even if the organizer issues a refund

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes

This section links to our Cancellation & Refund Policy , which forms part of these Terms.

A. Event Cancellations

If an event is:

• Cancelled
• Postponed
• Rescheduled
• Significantly changed

The organizer must issue a full refund to attendees.

B. Default Refund Policy

If an organizer does not select a refund policy, the default policy applies:
"Refunds are allowed for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event start time."

C. Organizer Responsibility

Because organizers receive payments directly, they are solely responsible for:

• Setting refund rules
• Approving or denying refund requests
• Issuing refunds through their payment provider
• Handling chargebacks and disputes

D. SinamFor's Role

SinamFor:

• Does not issue refunds
• Monitors refund requests and processing
• May assist in dispute resolution
• May suspend organizers who violate refund obligations

7. Event Creation (Organizers)

Organizers agree to:

• Provide accurate event information
• Set clear pricing and refund rules
• Comply with local laws and venue requirements
• Ensure event safety and accessibility
• Deliver the event as advertised

Organizers are solely responsible for:

• Event content
• Ticket pricing
• Refunds and cancellations
• Taxes and reporting
• Communication with attendees

SinamFor may remove events that violate these Terms.

8. Ticketing & Attendance

A. Ticket Purchases

When you purchase a ticket:

• You agree to the organizer's refund policy
• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for keeping your ticket secure

B. Check‑In

Check‑in may require:

• QR code scanning
• Identity verification
• Device‑based validation

C. Fraud Prevention

We may cancel tickets that appear fraudulent or violate our policies.

9. AI Features

SinamFor Events provides AI tools for:

• Event description generation
• Content suggestions
• Communication assistance

By using these features, you agree that:

• AI outputs may not always be accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content
• Prompts and outputs may be stored to improve AI features
• You will not use AI tools for harmful or illegal purposes

10. Audio/Video Calls

Details of this part are provided in our Audio/Video Call Privacy . In short, our platform provides integrated audio/video communication through third‑party providers.

You agree not to:

• Record calls without consent
• Share harmful or illegal content
• Harass or threaten other users
• Use calls for spam or fraud

We collect metadata only, not call content.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities
• Create fraudulent events or tickets
• Impersonate others
• Interfere with the platform's functionality
• Upload harmful code
• Harass or abuse other users
• Misuse audio/video call features
• Attempt to bypass platform fees

We will suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.

12. Intellectual Property

A. Our Rights

All platform content, branding, and technology are owned by SinamFor. You must not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Reverse engineer
• Sell
• Distribute

B. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload during event creation, but you grant SinamFor Events the right to:

• Host
• Display
• Process
• Transmit

…your content for the purpose of operating the platform.

13. Subscription Tiers (Future Feature)

Some features may be restricted based on subscription level.

If subscription tiers are introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraud or harmful behavior
• Misuse the platform

You are free to delete your account at any time without any fee or obligation.

15. Disclaimers

SinamFor Events provides the Services "as is" and "as available."

We strive to provide the best experience to all our users, however, we do not guarantee:

• Event quality
• Organizer reliability
• Uninterrupted service
• Error‑free performance

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SinamFor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• SinamFor is not responsible for losses caused by event organizers
• SinamFor's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for platform services

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

• The country where SinamFor is legally registered
• And, where applicable, the user's local consumer protection laws
