For organizers:

D. Payment & Financial Information

SinamFor Events uses a hybrid payment model

• Organizers connect their own payment accounts with third-party payment processors
• Ticket revenue is paid directly to the organizer
• SinamFor automatically deducts platform fees during the transaction
• SinamFor does not store or process attendee payment card details.

We collect only limited financial metadata, such as:

• Transaction ID
• Payment status
• Ticket price
• Currency
• Platform fee amount
• Connected payment account ID (tokenized)
• Payout confirmation

We do not collect or store

• Credit card numbers
• Bank account numbers
• CVV codes

These are handled securely by third‑party payment processors.

E. Audio/Video Call Information

We use third‑party communication providers to enable real‑time audio/video calls.

We collect call metadata only, such as:

• Caller and receiver IDs
• Call start/end time
• Call duration
• Connection quality metrics
