Organizer Agreement - SinamFor Events

1. Marketplace Structure

SinamFor Events is a marketplace platform, not an event organizer or ticket seller.

As an Organizer, you acknowledge that:

• You are the merchant of record for all ticket sales
• You receive payments directly through your connected payment account
• You are responsible for refunds, cancellations, disputes, and taxes
• SinamFor does not hold attendee funds
• SinamFor does not issue refunds on your behalf

This structure is essential for compliance with payment providers and consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility to Host Events

To host events on SinamFor Events, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Comply with all local laws, permits, and regulations
• Provide accurate identity and payment information
• Maintain an active payment account with a supported provider

We may request additional verification for certain event types.

3. Payment Accounts & Payouts

A. Connecting Your Payment Account

You must connect a valid payment account with a third-party payment provider to receive ticket revenue.

You authorize SinamFor to:

• Deduct platform fees automatically
• Access transaction metadata
• Verify your payment account status

B. Payouts

• All ticket revenue is paid directly to you
• SinamFor does not control payout timing
• Payout schedules depend on your payment provider

C. Your Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate payout information
• Complying with payment provider terms
• Handling refunds and disputes
• Paying applicable taxes
• Ensuring sufficient funds for chargebacks

4. Platform Fees

SinamFor charges a platform fee for each ticket sold.

• Fees are automatically deducted during the transaction
• Fees are non-refundable, even if you issue a refund
• Fees are disclosed during event creation

You agree to these fees as a condition of using the platform.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes

This section summarizes your obligations.

A. You Must Set a Refund Policy

You must choose one of the platform’s refund options.

If you do not choose one, the default policy applies: "Refunds allowed up to 48 hours before the event."

B. You Must Honor Refund Obligations

You must issue refunds when:

• Required by your chosen policy
• Required by law
• The event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly changed

C. You Must Handle Disputes

You are responsible for:

• Responding to attendee refund requests
• Handling chargebacks
• Resolving disputes through your payment provider

D. SinamFor's Role

SinamFor:

• Does not issue refunds
• Does not reverse transactions
• May intervene only in cases of fraud or abuse

6. Event Content & Accuracy

You agree to:

• Provide accurate event descriptions
• Use real images and information
• Clearly state requirements (age, dress code, ID, etc.)
• Deliver the event as advertised
• Update attendees promptly if changes occur

Misleading or deceptive events are prohibited.

7. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your event complies with:

• Local laws and regulations
• Venue requirements
• Licensing and permits
• Safety standards
• Tax obligations
• Consumer protection laws

SinamFor is not responsible for your legal compliance.

8. Prohibited Events

You may not host events that involve:

• Illegal activities
• Violence or weapons
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Pornography or explicit sexual content
• Dangerous stunts
• Fraud or scams
• Misleading medical or financial claims
• Events involving minors in adult contexts

SinamFor may remove prohibited events without notice.

9. Attendee Data & Privacy

You may receive attendee information such as:

• Name
• Email
• Ticket details
• Check-in status

You agree to:

• Use attendee data only for event-related purposes
• Not sell or misuse attendee data
• Not export attendee data for unrelated marketing
• Comply with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

10. AI Tools

• You are responsible for reviewing generated content
• You must not generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Prompts and outputs may be stored to improve AI features

You may not use AI to impersonate others or create fraudulent events.

11. Audio/Video Calls

• You must not record calls without consent
• You must not share harmful or explicit content
• You must follow all safety and conduct rules

SinamFor collects metadata only, not call content.

12. Fees, Taxes & Invoicing

You are responsible for:

• Determining applicable taxes
• Collecting taxes (if required)
• Reporting and remitting taxes
• Complying with tax laws in your jurisdiction

SinamFor does not calculate or remit taxes on your behalf.

13. Subscription Tiers (Future Feature)

Some organizer features may be restricted based on subscription level.

If introduced, this Agreement will be updated accordingly.

14. Violations & Enforcement

SinamFor will take action if you:

• Fail to honor refund obligations
• Mislead attendees
• Host prohibited events
• Misuse attendee data
• Engage in fraud or illegal activity
• Violate platform policies

Actions may include:

• Warning notices
• Event removal
• Feature restrictions
• Account suspension
• Permanent removal

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SinamFor is not liable for your event operations
• SinamFor is not responsible for attendee disputes
• SinamFor is not responsible for payment provider issues
• SinamFor’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in platform fees

16. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify organizers of significant changes.
